Kristi Kreitlow, CEO & Founder

Kristi Kreitlow is the President and Founder of Quick & Clean, and the driving force behind the company’s success. Known for her strong work ethic and unwavering commitment, Kristi is deeply devoted to both her family and her business. By her own admission, she’s a bit of a workaholic, but one who genuinely cares about the people she works with and the clients she serves.

Kristi is married to Walt Kreitlow and is a proud mom to daughters Kaitlyn Smith and Lexi Kreitlow. She’s also a loving grandmother to Adelynn and Chloe, who keep her smiling and grounded. At home, she’s joined by her two dogs, Grace and Kimber. When she’s able to step away from work, Kristi loves the beach and is making it a priority to enjoy more vacations and well-earned downtime. Her leadership sets the tone for Quick & Clean: hardworking, kind, and always moving forward.

Kaitlyn Smith, COO & Co-Founder

Kaitlyn Smith serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Quick & Clean. Like her mom, Kristi, Kaitlyn is fully committed to her family and the company, and also proudly embraces her workaholic tendencies. She plays a critical role in day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Kaitlyn is married to Judd Smith, who is currently in medical school, and together they have two daughters, Adelynn and Chloe. She’s also a devoted dog mom to three mini dachshunds—Tucker, Ella, and Kali—who bring plenty of personality into her life. In addition to her role at Quick & Clean, Kaitlyn is also an ER nurse, balancing an incredibly demanding career with leadership responsibilities at the company. Her dedication, resilience, and care for others shine through in everything she does.

Katelynn Hartman, Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator

Katelynn Hartman brings over 10 years of experience in the cleaning and client relations industry to her role as Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator. She’s passionate about building strong relationships with clients and ensuring every experience with Quick & Clean is a positive one.

Katelynn is a proud mom to her daughter, Georgia, and a dog mom to her French bulldog, Oliver. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her enjoying the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and spending time in nature. Her blend of industry knowledge and personal warmth makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Taylor Russi, Office Manager

As Office Manager, Taylor Russi helps keep Quick & Clean organized and running efficiently behind the scenes. She’s married and a busy mom of four, with a household that includes two dogs, Remington and Kingston.

Taylor loves spending time with her boys and enjoys cooking and baking whenever she can. Her organization, care, and attention to detail make her a key part of the Quick & Clean family.

Lourenco “Ren” Webb, Senior Supervisor

Ren Webb serves as Senior Supervisor and is known for being hardworking, down-to-earth, and easygoing. He takes pride in leading by example and strives to be better every day—both professionally and personally.

Ren is a proud dad to daughters Lauren and Layla, ages 19 and 20, and a dog dad to Pinky and Simba. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, football, long walks, and reading. His steady leadership and commitment to growth help maintain high standards across the company.
